Can you clean my windows?

Yes, absolutely! We handle window cleaning, and we are proud to say we offer the best value in the area, combining top-notch quality with highly competitive pricing.

I just bought a house and it needs an initial cleaning. Can you help?

We would love to help you get it perfectly clean and ready for you to settle in. We highly recommend starting with a deep Move-In Cleaning to refresh the entire space. 

How often do you come?

We can customize a schedule based on your needs. Common schedules include: ​

  • Weekly

  • Bi-weekly (every two weeks)

  • Monthly (every four weeks)

  • On-demand / One-time cleanings

How long will cleaning take?

​The duration of the cleaning depends on the size of the home and its current condition. A standard initial deep clean typically takes anywhere from 2 to 3 hours. Once we know a bit more about the square footage and number of rooms, we can give you a much more accurate time estimate!

How quickly can you start?

Our schedule varies week to week, but we can often accommodate new clients within 3 to 5 business days. To give you an exact date and time, please let us know your preferred days, and we will find the earliest opening for you!

What cleaning products do you use?

We use high-quality, effective cleaning solutions to ensure a thorough sanitization. If you have specific preferences, allergies, or eco-friendly products you prefer us to use, just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate them using your preferred supplies.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and tools?

Yes, we bring all of our cleaning supplies and top-tier tools (including vacuums, mops, and microfibers) so you don't have to worry about a thing!

Will you take the trash out?

​Yes, absolutely! As part of our standard service, we empty the trash cans in the rooms we clean and take the bags out to your main outdoor trash bins.

Should I be concerned about my antiques and fragile objects?

No, we treat every home with the utmost care and respect. Our team is trained to be incredibly gentle around delicate items, antiques, and valuables. If there are specific pieces you prefer us to skip dusting entirely, just let us know and we will happily note it on your profile.
